vividh hi-fab was incorporated as a Partnership firm in the year 1983. An engineering unit equipped with modern equipment and latest facilities was established at 987/10c, G.I.D.C. Makarpura, Baroda-390 010. The Partnership firm has since been converted into a Private Limited Company.
The Company initially started by manufacturing heavy and sophisticated equipment for various prestigious Government organizations viz. Department of Atomic Energy (D.A.E.), Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (B.A.R.C.), Nuclear Fuel Complex (N.F.C.), Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (I.G.C.A.R.), Heavy Water plants (H.W.P.), Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (N.P.C.I.L.) and also a few large private sector units like Atul Limited.
The Company has since expanded its activities and is today catering to the requirements of various Government, Private & Public sector undertakings in various other sectors like Railways, Petroleum & Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Dyes & Intermediates, Copper industries and Engineering industries also. Our list of clients includes Reliance Group, Larsen & Toubro, the Birla Group, Indian Railways, Nuclear Power Corporation, Department of Atomic Energy, Department of Space, Defence etc.
vividh hi-fab now manufactures a large range of equipment in all sizes & materials. The equipment manufactured include Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Towers, Columns, Heating-Cooling Coils, Agitators & Stirrers, Autoclaves, Cone Blenders, Dryers, Storage Tanks, Radiography Cameras, Lead Shielded Casks, Yokes, Glove Boxes, Fume Hoods, Nuclear Fuel Storage Racks, Fuel Transfer Grippers, Fuel Pool Gantry with telescopic grapple, Delayed Neutron Detector Housings, Cell Transfer Machine, Spent Fuel Inspection Facility, Oxidiser & Fuel Tanks, Sliding Gates, Dampers, Gratings, Structures, Chimneys, Anchors, Ducting, Piping etc.
vividh hi-fab over this period has been a proud partner in India’s Space & Nuclear Power program. The Company has developed several import substitute equipment for these critical industries.
The Company also undertakes manufacture of equipment under third party inspection. Our commitment to quality is unfaltering. The equipments are manufactured under stringent quality control measures meeting the requirement of our client/third party inspection agencies. The standard codes of practice followed are ASME Section II, IIINB, IIINC, IIIND, V, VIII, IX; IS-2825, IS-804; TEMA; BS-1515.
vividh hi-fab is an ISO 9001:2008 certified Company. Vividh hi-fab is approved by various consultants & inspection agencies, viz. Uhde India Limited, Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited, Kvaener Powergas Limited, Nicco Corporation Limited, O.N.G.C. Limited, I.B.P. Limited etc.
The Company has created clean room facility for manufacture, assembly & storage of critical nuclear reactor components. All reactor components/equipments are manufactured in this new facility.
The Company has entered into agreements with a Canadian and a US company for manufacture & supply of critical hi-tech equipment.
The Company has ventured in the field of Engineering Construction and has successfully executed orders for Nicco Corporation Ltd., Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Western Railways, etc. The Company has expanded its activities in this field by undertaking various site contracts for Piping, erection, installation & commissioning of critical & heavy equipment, cell wall lining, structural fabrication, etc.
